How to Have a Good Lifestyle

Every people would like to live well having a good lifestyle. The problem seems not to be so easy as could. At first, to have and get things done, we need to take action for things happen because it has not got by itself. The first way by which it may be possible is through the change of habits setting the mind up for things get better. The greater barrier to getting it sets down in lb5knowing how to manage feelings and limiting beliefs all of us have stuck inside so hard of being thrown out. The change of habits begins through mastering thoughts from which it could be possible to improve and grow the inner or subconscious mind of people.

Thoughts are energetic vibrations, manifestations of intelligence coming from the soul’s power. Through clear and correct thoughts we have a channel to interact with the Universe widening the horizons of our knowledge, and so doing it, strengthening the moral principles along the path of our existence.

lb9The power of thought is the great key to getting a good and balanced life. Mastering our thoughts for the good we put them attuned with the Universal Power and Creative Intelligence. Through this channel, we may supply our lives with the Great Force of the Universe becoming us invigorated, stronger and abler for facing our daily struggles for existence.

We need to take care of managing our thoughts on the right way, because they set up real environmental climates promoting good health or diseases, joy or sorrow, success or failure and well or ill-being. People are responsible in fact for their lives, acts and thoughts, being them for their own reliable and dependable on whatever may happen in their lifetime. We are what we think and we are the mirror of our choices.

“As a man thinketh, so he is.” “Man is created by thought; what a man thinks that he becomes.” Think you are strong; strong you become. Think you are weak; the weak you become. Think you are a fool; fool you become. A man forms his own character, becoming that which he thinks. If you meditate on courage, you shall work courage into your character. If you think nobly, you shall gradually make for yourself a noble character, but if you lb15think basely, a base character will be formed. Steady persevering thoughts sets up a definite habit of the mind and that habit manifests itself as a quality in the character. The thread of thought is woven into mental and moral qualities and these qualities in their totality form what we call character. You can build your character as surely as a mason can build a wall, working with and through the law.

The first step towards a deliberate creation of character lies then in the deliberate choosing of what we will think and then of thinking persistently on the quality chosen. Soon, there will be a tendency to evince that quality; a little longer, its exercise will become habitual. Thoughts make the character. You spin the thread of thought into your life.

Carry any kind of thought you please about with you and so long as you retain it, no matter how you roam over land or sea, you will unceasingly attract to yourself, knowingly or inadvertently, exactly and only what corresponds to your own dominant quality of thought. Thoughts are your private property and you can regulate them to suit your taste entirely by steadily recognizing your ability to do so. You have entirely in your own hands to determine the order of thoughts you entertain and consequently the order of influences you attract and are not mere willowy creatures of circumstances unless indeed you choose to be.

A good thought is thrice bestowed. First, it benefits the thinker by improving his mental body. Secondly, it benefits the person about whom it is entertained. Lastly, it benefits all mankind by improving the general mental atmosphere. An evil thought, on the contrary, is thrice cursed. First, it harms the thinker by doing lb7injury to his mental body. Secondly, it harms the person who is its object. Lastly, it harms all mankind by vitiating the whole mental atmosphere. Every evil thought is bad for the person to whom it is directed. but it is even worse for you because these thoughts rebound mainly upon yourself. A mind occupied by evil thoughts acts as a magnet to attract like thoughts and thus you are the one who more directly suffer from it. Evil thoughts are thrown into the mental atmosphere poison the mental environment.

Thoughts are very contagious. Thought moves. It leaves the soul and hovers about. It enters the minds of others also. A sympathetic thought in you raises a sympathetic thought in others with whom you come in contact. A thought of anger produces a similar vibration in those who surround an angry man. Cheerful thoughts produce cheerful thoughts in others. Thoughts of joy create sympathetically thoughts of joy in others.

        It is me Hong Tam again. I love your posts. I also realized (in past) that “we will become what we think” many years ago. But i never remeber this. Maybe because it is just my first thoughts but i do not know it clearly enough. I should come back here to be able to remember this and understand it better, especially when i am facing to a test situation. I believe and trust in these what you said. They are real and true. I had a born lost problem many years ago when i was younger ( 24 years old) when facing to high test ( challenge) circumtain. What you said about born lost is exactly what i experienced. :).

          Surely, you are not the only one to have problems in this life. Many other people have so much of them in their lives. No one in this world gets rid of problems. Remember that such troubles are challenges to be overcome; they should be regarded as opportunities people have to turn their lives around for the better. Whatever be your problem in this life, take it as fact. Have it as an obstacle to be faced and overcome through courage and determination. Many events happen in people’s lives, and they must understand them as an apprenticeship. Take in mind that nothing happens by chance in the Universe! Usually, people do not know why, but indeed, there is a reason for that. No one was born into this world to have fun. Life presents people the needed conditions for struggling against their failures and imperfections. Perfect people could not be here but in another dimension or in a world better than this.           I ever set down some possibilities through which you may take the hardships and suffering in this life to grow and feel better, despite all the troubles. The happiness in inside and not out. People should understand that for being happy means to accept themselves in a way they are themselves, avoiding to compare with their peers. Each human being consists of an unequal individuality. Perceive how people you meet, all the places you may be, the occurrences in your life, all these events carry a purpose out because nothing happens by chance according to a pattern invisible and unknown to the conscious mind. The fashion’s culture is driven to the physical appearance.
          There is nothing people can do to shift this picture. People live in a materialistic world, and many are mistaken and illuded by the matter. Without regarding spiritualistic concepts, the physical body is transitory, and the soul is endless; this last one is energy, the force capable of overcoming all the setbacks when we have clear and wholesome thoughts. Know that people are the outcome of their ideas, choices, habits, attitudes, and beliefs. As well said by Tony Robins, people need to awaken this giant they have within! This way, don’t give up, value, believe and love yourself. Take your life over with courage, bravely, and confidence; these feelings will become you stronger. Don’t think anymore in the past, look for the future. The most valuable happenings wouldn’t come yet. You shine!

            Honestly, I am thinking about factors of a present, not past. I see it in other people’s lives and I do not know what to do. For example, A person who is facing cancer. Or a mom who lost her job but she has to feed 15 years child and another child (2 children), with a sick husband. Thinking of the future with those things, she feels it like a nightmare to her. She was betrayed by a friend that she trusted in too. Or other mom whom feel overload (physically, not mental but) when taking care of babies by herself…Those things make them sad and they never know things as what you said here. Yes. You are right. I think I am having the gift for them and for myself too. I am thinking of telling her what I have learned here from you. 🙂

Such attitudes just worsen it. What should be done consists in betaking in the inner force all people have within, thinking clearly and stronger, believing in themselves and expecting that things will get more comfortable in the future. Life is a dynamic process as a cycle and changes happen every moment. Never people should get in desperate condition. Always there is a way out but it does not occur suddenly. Beyond this, life is made of struggles and sufferings, but happy moments also succeed, since people take action. So, doing it, hope is created, and life moves forward some better than before.

Through thought and thus the power of thought, man makes decisions, creates solutions, discovers and resolves life’s problems. Like sound and light, thoughts travel all over in vibratory waves which are recorded in the infinite ocean of matter filling the Universe. Discipline and will-strengthening play a fundamental role in thought control. By learning how to strengthen himself with worthy feelings, man creates around himself a fluidic barrier so solid that malignant thoughts are unable to break through. We all are what we think.   5. I couldn’t agree more – we are what we think! And, still, even when we are very much aware of this, it can be quite challenging to adjust our thoughts for better. I have managed my way through (mild) anxiety stages exactly through changing my thought pattern to it being more constructive, based on fact and positive attitude. This, however, needs to be reinforced every day. In my case, it has never become an automatic process, but that’s fine, I just get on with my previously devised ‘plan’, follow it, and it helps.   6. Its crazy how many of the disorders you talk about I either can relate to in some form or know someone that does.
    Talking about issues and keeping myself busy keeps me from an idle mind. When I find myself being idle, I find myself something to do, because the alternative can hurt you in more ways than one.
